Food Pairings - Thanks to its fantastic acidity is a very versatile wine that goes very well with almost any kind of food. Get your hands on some very well-cured Manchego cheese, figs and dates, and things begin to get pretty glorious.

The grapes are macerated in stainless steel tanks where they stay at a low temperature for10 and 24 hours. After the maceration, the fermentation begins, always under a watchful eye and strict temperature control. This preserves the aromas and colors. The fermentation can take between 15 to 25 days.

Deep ruby red in color with flavors of black currant, cherry, and ripe berries. Its soft tannins and great body are very well balanced with its fantastic acidity.
